New Feather Party?

I noticed that there hasn't been a New Feather party in a while and, since apps just opened, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a New Feather Party log. Since it's been a while, I was having trouble remembering if there was ever a set group that organized New Feather Parties and didn't want to step on any toes, so I thought I'd throw this out there.

I don't have any specific ideas for themes or anything beyond a really simple party/mingle log since there hasn't been one in a while, but feel free to suggest things and if you would want your character to be ICly involved in set up. If there's interest, I was thinking of throwing up the log on May 24th give or take a few days. The party would ICly be announced a week prior (unless it would be better to handwave the actual announcement.) However, I'm more than willing to change the date depending on player plots, apps and the like.

Because I have a fetish for elegant female swordfighters. Greetings, Lucetians! This is CrypticGirl, mun of Jay unseenspy and Saleh mountain_sage, and after three years of playing the same characters, I'm finally bringing in a new one. This is Karla, also known as the Sword Princess for her tremendous skill and stunning grace with the sword, who is perhaps the most important but least seen character in Fire Emblem 7: The Blazing Sword (or Rekka no Ken). Along with her skill, she has a healthy dose of naivete and curiosity. I had a blast testing her out in the Test Drive meme, and now I'm excited to bring her into the game.

aly, here. i play buffy summers (herotypical) and richard sharpe (greenjacketed) and i've been knocking 'round these parts for way too long now.

but now i've brought in a third. say hello to claire redfield: biker chick, civilian extraordinaire, and the veteran of three biohazardy-zombie-infested-incidents. she'll be coming fresh after resident evil: degeneration and will be feeling all kinds of disoriented. all the same, she's a fairly friendly individual. although she's learned how to hold her own in a zombie outbreak, she doesn't like to flaunt it. she likes to think her combat days are behind her.

Hey! This is Lucy (I have Ikki from LoK & Astrid from HTTYD) with one new girl, who is strangely my first lucetian do not have a b-word username!

This is Primrose Everdeen from The Hunger Games (book canon)! Probably a lot of people know what happens to her via either reading the books or via CR with Katniss (whom I believe posted about it a while back). She's from her last canon point, either way! She's thirteen, but will be fourteen by the end of the month (both sisters were born in May isn't that fun?) and she's fairly level-headed and sweet (also, the cat who hates everything loves her, so take that as you will). She will also probably eventually trail after doctors/healers in game asking if she can sign on as an assistant or a student, so hit me up if you're interested in that? She does have training from her mother & doctors at another district, but she sadly didn't get to finish her formal training. :( ANYWAY, I can't think of anything else to add, but if you have questions or whatever I'll try to answer them!

The time has come.

Three and a half years later - after tons of growing pains, a handful of near death (and some actual death) experiences, lots of laughter and love and tears and incredible experiences - Xion is finally going home.

I'm not going anywhere, of course! Jane remains, and if all goes well (curse you finals), I'll bring in Marceline this round. But Poppet's finally gonna go home to finish what she started all those years ago.

I love each and every one of you who ever played with her and had CR with my little girl. It's been an incredible blast bringing her this far and watching her grow from a scared little replica into a grown ass goddamn woman with a life and a family of her own, with dreams and ambitions. It's been an emotional and incredible ride and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Hi Luceti!

This is Tad, player of Pepper Potts (handing) bringing in Zatanna Zatara from the cartoon Young Justice. Unlike every other version of Zatanna, this one is only fourteen, but most everything else says the same. She's the magician of the group, and pretty friendly and outgoing, with a nice mischievous streak to boot, so she may get into trouble if she gets bored. Nothing malicious though.

Anyway, either manage_circle add_read noitatnacni or hover on noitatnacni. Looking forward to getting her out there.

Because I'm brand new and I brought one with me! Hey Luceti, I'm Dalrint, I'm new, and I am bringing in Asami Sato from Avatar: The Legend of Korra! I am quite excited to be here!

As for Asami she'll be...less excited. She's the shows token non-bending main character (as her username implies...directly...), with means she doesn't have any fancy powers the way the rest of the cast does, except she picks up a lightning glove long the way! She likes machines, and racing, and hitting cute boys with her moped...

She's coming in from mid episode 8, which is post emotionally draining shock #1 for her, but before emotionally draining shock #2! So she has her zappy glove and is living on the air temple island but doesn't know about the absolutely insane interpersonal drama that stumbles into the rest of the season...

Hello everyone. Lynn (old one) here. Player of Faith Long (charitylovehopefaith) and Clove (shenevermisses).

I am once again trying my hand at a British Royal Navy officer. He is from 1805 sorry, Aly, a few years after the Peace of Amiens ended. This is David Long, who holds the rank of master and commander, to which he is still fairly green. He is the older brother of Faith.

(Which means I'll be testing to see if I can manage both for a little while. I don't think it'll get too awkward, but I will be on the look-out for that.)

Just popping by to say school's out and I'm back! Which means Asuma ( lastsmoke  ) and Flora ( towered  ) are, too. I did my best to keep up with what was going on in-game while I was gone, but I might have missed something! So If there's anything I missed that you'd like me to tag, or anything you'd like to do with either of my characters now that I'm back, just let me know!

...A hiatus!

Long story short, I'm feeling majorly burned out and I need a break. Not sure how long it's gonna be, probably a couple weeks. I might fire off tags here and there and maybe maintain a few threads, but the goal here is for me to take a break, so don't expect too much.

So here's the gameplan.

Gold will be mallynapped effective tomorrow. His Pokémon will still be at the house stricken with anxiety and worry. Housemates/cr are free to notice his disappearance. To whoever has to deal with Togetaro... Godspeed.

Asbel will be missioned, effectively retroactively to the start of the event, so back to the 26th.

Haru will also be on a mission, effective also to the 26th.

I'll still be around on Plurk, and I'll be doing my modly duties as needed, but RPing will be backburnered. Thanks for the understanding and catch you guys on the flipside.

School and health has been hard on me as I'm sure some of you may have noticed, and now it's time for it all to come down full swing. Thus I'll be going on hiatus from now and as late as the 22nd, but I should be back a little before then if all goes well.

I am super burned out (it's that season, huh?) So I'm gonna bite the bullet and call myself a little hiatus. So to that extent, consider my characters all gone from Luceti. They'll all have gone on missions prior to the event. This affects Sokka, Wolverine, and Jack Horner. My apologies to castmates, but they'll get posts as they return.

In the meantime, I'll be plowing through apps and with any lucky, attending to my backtags. To new players, welcome to the game! To incoming castmates, my apologies if I end up missing your intros. We'll get there!
