SAD NEWS IN THE MIDST OF NEW BLOOD
The time has come.
Three and a half years later - after tons of growing pains, a handful of near death (and some actual death) experiences, lots of laughter and love and tears and incredible experiences - Xion is finally going home.
I'm not going anywhere, of course! Jane remains, and if all goes well (curse you finals), I'll bring in Marceline this round. But Poppet's finally gonna go home to finish what she started all those years ago.
I love each and every one of you who ever played with her and had CR with my little girl. It's been an incredible blast bringing her this far and watching her grow from a scared little replica into a grown ass goddamn woman with a life and a family of her own, with dreams and ambitions. It's been an emotional and incredible ride and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

Who knows. In the future, she might come back. But for now, she must bid adieu.
No letters yet - she will absolutely have written them, and if your character was in her close CR (ping me if you're not sure) then they will have definitely received one. I'll try to get them written up ASAP and probably toss up a notice from Jane's journal when they're all done.

(As a note, hiatus continues - still have papers due after today, blargh. My absolute last day is the 10th, but hopefully I'll get my ass in gear and finish before then!)
