Hello everyone, today is the magical day of Speed Dating 101!

Remember the sign-ups from last week? Well, they've been organized. Somehow. The IC log will be going live sometime today (probably after I've slept, eh-heh) but I wanted to post the roster so you guys can do any plotting beforehand if you like. It was easier to Googledoc it, so the spreadsheet is HERE. There are tabs are for both Friendship and Romantic pairs, so check each of them if you signed up for both. (If you have difficulty with Googledocs, comment below with your character's name and I'll give you the roster directly.)

A few notes:

As you'll notice, there's a lot of names on those lists. Since there were a lot of nonspecific preferences in the sign-ups (as well as mixed-up answers) some poor suckers have about 30 partners! That would be a lot of threads, even if they could be short. So if you feel overwhelmed by the number, feel free to talk amongst yourselves, handwave, or just assume there wasn't enough time to get through everyone. All of the partnering was done based on how the characters were signed up, so any errors based on preference is probably due to that. Billy did his best and made some guesswork if the answers were confusing, so some pairings might be a bit wonky.
Since Billy has no idea of who has existing CR/are castmates/whatever for the most part, characters might be paired with people they know! If that's the case they can either skip out on that turn or chat them up anyway. He left out a few that he did know (for friendship, anyway).
If Billy saw any sign-ups he knew were wrong, he corrected them. (Case in point being Richard getting signed-up for heteromance.)
As stated previously, Billy's not going to force anyone to come. An invitation with the date and time of the event would've been sent out to every character signed up, but that's the extent of his convincing. Your character (or your character's friends) are responsible for getting them there.
If there are any glaring errors that's due to organizational mix-up and you can't live without it being fixed, do tell me! I can fix it!!

I think that's pretty much it :B Questions/issues/whatever go in my thread below, and feel free to plot in this entry or elsewhere, as you please.

I signed Tsuzuki up for both friendship and romance, and his list is as follows. (It's the best list ever, seriously)

Friendship:
Anise, Asbel, Barnaby, Cliff, Donatello, Fayt, Grune, Hisoka, Isamu, Jade, Joshua, Kouki, Laura, Loki, Pascal, Primrose, Rin, Twilight Sparkle

Romance: Adalinda, Claire, Eleytheria, Isaac, Konan, Laura, Maito Gai, Okita, Ororo, Richard, Saleh

If anyone wants to do something in particular with him, I'd love to be able to plot!

So I play Rin...! Who is paired here and I got nothing else.

Oh, neat! Haha, I guess it might be a little awkward for her to be on a friendship date with an old dude. Would you prefer if they had a good time or an awkward time?

Well actually he's on the friendship thing, so it's still a little awkward but for better or worse he won't even make out the awkward beyond a bit of a dynamic age bracket. So it's cool either way for me and we'll see how it goes.

cfdjksg I'm so used to Rin being a girl's name that I went on autopilot. I'm sorry.

It's good that he's not the kind of person that can easily spot the awkward situations, though.

Hmmm, his canon is awfully interesting, come to think of it. I wonder what would happen if he and Tsuzuki began to talk about demons.

Haha it's fine it's pretty common to see it that way. But-- Then they would have a solid discussion topic anyway. How about them Phantom Trains.

Seriously. I think both Barnaby and Cliff could get along with Tsuzuki here. Just, keep in mind, Cliff is super laid back and Barnaby is all manner of polite, a little formal, and really good at playing the crowd.

I think so too, honestly. They seem like people that he'd like. Of the two I think he may want to talk with Barnaby the most, since he would want to see what kind of person he hides beneath the politeness. Any subjects you don't want them to talk about, btw?

I can't think of anything in particular...and the only thing that would irritate Barnaby, memory loss/alteration/etc, shouldn't come up in regular conversation.

Btw, his entire career and many parts of his life are public record in canon. Barnaby hasn't removed any records from the library either, so I don't see where any of that is completely restricted. Just don't bring up anything involving Jake Martinez, Maverick, or Ouroborous.

Not that they would come up in general anyway.

XD Here's a perfect opportunity to have Konan and Tsuzuki talking again. ...and quite potentially one of the least awkward encounters Konan will likely have all event.

It's about time they talk again! :D

If she's going to have a ton of awkward dates before him, we can always let them talk about their impression of the dating day so far.
