ART CLUB.
Yo, Bayley aqui! Okay, so earlier in the week Rapunzel announced the Art Club, and she mentioned to curious Lucetians that the first meeting would likely be held today: Sunday, September 16. Well, it's today, Sunday, September 16, and I meant to get this up a day or two ago, but! Here we are anyway. I'd like to see how people would like to proceed and lay out a few things for the club.
So, there are a few things that are more or less settled on right now, so take a look at Rapunzel has decided:
1). The Art Club will be held once a month. I know this Sunday is the third one in them month, but going forward the second Sunday would probably work better just to preemptively avoid event shenanigans. They'll also be held in the morning; let's say around 10 AM.
2.) Each meeting will focus on a different art style or technique. Rapunzel will be leading the first meeting, which will largely be a get-to-know-you kind of thing and then there will be an activity on IMAGINATION. But! What I'd really love to see happen down the road is have other characters lead the meetings and teach everyone. Your character doesn't have to be gifted in art to do this! They could teach a craft they're good at, or if they're just interested in art and want to share what they've learned with others, that works, too! I'd love to see a lot of different things happening in the club.
3.) The first meeting will be held in the plaza, and as long as weather holds, they will probably continue to be held there. Once it gets colder, they'll probably move into the school.
4.) Your character does not need to have responded to Rapunzel's post to come! She would love to see anyone and everyone there, so please feel free to jump in to the log with whoever, even if your character is just a curious passerby.
5.) Pepper has provided some space in the art gallery for the Art Club to display their art, so after meetings, their wonderful works will be available for all to see.
6.) Okay, so for this first meeting, I'd like to do a log. I'll put it up either tonight or tomorrow (and backdate it to today). Now, depending on what everyone would like to do, we could consistently have logs each time the art club meets, but that sounds like a big time commitment for everyone involved, so I wanted to gauge how people felt about handwaving some meetings. This will probably be a play-it-by-ear scenario depending on if someone wants their character to lead a meeting or not (and then we could do a log), but yeah. Lend me your thoughts on this.
EDIT ONE: In order to avoid time conflicts with Sanji's cooking class, the art club will actually be held at noon instead of 10 AM!
EDIT TWO: Since it's rainy on this particular Sunday, the club will probably meet outside and then move into the school when the meeting actually begins. o7
And that about does it! Thanks for reading. If you have any questions or anything, just let me know!

I'd definitely be cool with meetings being handwaved as long as we know the gist of what they will cover.

I personally would vote in favour of mostly handwaving in terms of the meetings since my schedule is getting ridiculous, but that's just me. I'll totally roll with whatever people do, though. :Db
