'ello again, Luceti.
This time from the right account.
In Katie's plot, I mentioned that Katie's echo would become fully independent of her in September, becoming a nervosa that preys on various things in the village; notably sources of glamour and Katie herself. Nobody can see it! You still need to be enchanted on a fae level in order to see it!
But a nervosa is also a nightmare, and so you can certainly dream about it. If you belong to any of the following groups:
1) those who are highly spiritually aware;
2) those whose magic can influence or perceive dreams or see the future;
3) those prone to night terrors anyway; and/or
3) Children...
...if you want to give your characters literal nightmare fuel, then this is what it looks like. 8| Courtesy of Ashlee, whose imagination is horrifying and this is completely not my fault whatsoever.
They're just nightmares, so there aren't any adverse effects other than maybe waking up in a cold sweat. Its presence in a dream can be translated any way you feel like for your character, because it will do whatever terrifies your character the most. |Db Though if you are a child, you might also see flashes of a little girl in red with cat ears driving it off, because Katie is having none of that shit thanks very much. (Adults can fend for themselves, okay.)
And now I slink away again and leave you in peace. Remember: blame Ashlee, I had nothing to do with this.

i still want to do that dream thing with katie and buffy and, perhaps, jack if saralinda is game. buffy has prophetic dreams as part of her slayer gear so she's a great candidate for this.

I would definitely still be up for this! When would you like to do it?

...Poor Sophie.no subject
If it helps Katie will do her best not to let it terrorise children! She can also dream of little cat knights or something >_>no subject
The reactions of her housemates as she tells them about the cat knights would be great. I'll go check with everyone else to see if it's okay for this to be a thing. :Dno subject
That visual is very helpful :3

I think the best she'd be able to pull off is changing her own dreamscape on it, provided she can recognize it's even there in the first place, so it would ultimately still be up to Katie to drive it off for good. Would it be something she could sense, like in the spirit-sense kind of sense?
And a dream-off fight vs it might be fun to play out if it does go that way, if you'd like to roll with a thread like that sometime!

Any time you want to do a thread like that, I'd be up for it! I could play Mr Handsome up there for a bit for anyone that wants it, really. |D
