Purposes of this post:
1) Sign-ups. Is your character a New Feather you'd like to sign up? Or did you miss the sign-ups last time? Just let me know and I'll add them to the list.
2) Hassling. It's that time again when Oswald needs to give slackers a friendly reminder. If your character hasn't been getting in touch with their penpal (no contact for, say, a month or two), please let me know! Repeat offenders will be badgered in person, first time offenders will receive a note in their journal.

Additionally, even if letters were handwaved, I'd like to encourage participants to reply to this entry anyway. That way, partners can discuss amongst themselves what the contents of the letters were and how many were sent, and such. This sort of thing is always good to clarify.

The IC announcement with the updated partner list will go up around the start of August!

And to get the ball rolling, Yuan was paired up with Kaname Tanuma, but he didn't do anything. So unless Kaname tried to contact him first, they're both on the hassle list.

Grune hasn't sent any letters recently, but that's actually my bad and not hers at this point. I'll get onto that. o7

Oh, but you can just handwave. If you, as a mun, don't have time to write up the letter, but you believe that Grune did remember to send them, you can just say that she did.

But, again, that's part of me encouraging people to comment here and say what the content of said letters was. That way, the partner will know what exactly is being handwaved.

Sokka and Ling need hassled (Keiichi and Kotarou). But in Sokka's defense, he wasn't in Luceti when the announcement went up!

Oh hell, I've been scrambling, trying to think of how to play this out or handwave it, and never got the courage to contact Molly Carpenter's mun, and never got around to writing the letter, and then I ended up forgetting about it entirely. T_T

Well, we could say that Saleh forgot about it (again), because he's busy 24/7, and doesn't have time to write letters. So an in-person hassling encounter might be in order.

Leonhardt is definitely a repeat offender as he would have made no effort to contact Wellard. Actually, at this point he's pretty much not going to cooperate unless given a little kid as a partner since he does open up more around them. If you want to remove him, that's fine by me.

And sign Hugo (luredbypower) up. He actually does need friends and will cooperate after bitching a bit.

Looks like this is technically Asch's second offense, but he wasn't hassled in the previous round, so... Hm... Well, what would you prefer for Asch? A hassle in person or another written note (that he can't read anyway)? Edward gets a hassle in person either way, just for hating Oswald.
