this shorty and NOW THERE'S A THIRD.

So one day I was rambling about comics in a plurk, and Masa was like "oh well we could use This Character in our Evo cast" and I was like "naw man, if I would app someone from that canon it'd be Scott". And then I Netflixed Evo and ended up watching it with "I WOULD app from this canon"-vision and then there was an app. I am apparently THAT low-maintenance when it comes to enabling.

So here's Scott. You may know him from all those X-canons that saturate western media. He shoots lasers from his eyes and is destined to grow into the soggiest of wet blankets. Whoever can build him a working car in Luceti will be his hero forever and ever (bonus points if it's red). I told you I'm bad at intro posts, so I'll just cut to the point after thoroughly burying the lead:
