Hiatus!

Hey guys! I'm going on holiday to Germany and Prague for about a week starting tomorrow and may or may not have internet (but even if I do I can't really do tags) so taking a hiatus!

Since I've been feeling kind of burned out as well, this is also an opportunity for me to just take a break from RP. I will be mallynappying Eley though, to try and kickstart my drive when I return.

Dark Spirit Owl?!

Hey everyone! Darkfeather here!

Starting today, the 13th of September, people that go to the library might notice that Wan Shi Tong is strangely absent.

He'll be gone for a week, getting his death penalty removed. He'll then return briefly on the 20th, and people might overhear him talking about "how he remembers everything" and being generally agitated. Though not particularly violent, just angry.

The droids will then come for him that same day and he'll be mallynapped. Anyone can feel free to witness that if they want to, also.

He will then again be gone for a week and return late on the night of the 27th. Except, he'll have been turned into a dark spirit. I won't get into too much detail here if people haven't seen Book 2 of the Legend of Korra, cause spoilers. But he'll be larger, scarier, and very angry and destructive. Pretty much just out of control.

Naturally, someone is going to have to stop him! Without killing him again and starting the whole cycle over.

So! Plotting time! I'll be making a log for this on the 27th. Anyone is free to join in!

Basically what I need is some people to help with "crowd control" to try and keep people from wanting to kill Wan Shi Tong again. Korra is pretty much the only one that can really stop him, but until that point... Anyone that wants to help with trying to calm him down/prevent more destruction/keep people from killing him, would be great! Or if anyone wants to fight him, that's cool too! Just as long as he doesn't die. That's all I'm asking.

Also, he'll pretty much just be destroying unoccupied houses unless someone wants to volunteer their own houses or buildings! That would be pretty keen. Depending on that, I can then decide where exactly the attack will happen.

HIATUS

Okay so as you may be able to tell from my glacial tagging speed and my near absence on the event, real life is really kicking my butt right now. So I am going on a hiatus. Basically I will try to keep my backthreads going and will try to tag around the event some more (though still most likely at a glacial pace... sorry about that. If you want to drop or handwave anything let me know!), but otherwise I am not going to take on anything new until I've adjusted to my new workload this semester.

I am tentatively going on hiatus until the 4th, but three weeks is pretty long so I might come back before then! If my three weeks are up and I still feel like rping is too much to handle then... well, you know. Real life comes before RP and all that. So I am gonna give myself a nice long hiatus instead to really think things through. Because Luceti is still super fun and I don't feel like I'm "done here" yet.

Wan is going to be mallynapped, and he is going to return with an affect (which I am gonna keep a surprise until I come back). Which really, isn't going to go over very well since his draft trauma is starting to rear it's head again and get complicated. Because the poor kid is slightly delusional about the recovery process and how much he was really affected and thinks suppressing his feelings "moving on" and confronting his feelings maybe once or twice since is totally enough to "fix" everything".

HI GUYS moving totally completely and utterly kicked my ass, wow. BUT. I think everything has settled down now? So I am back. Woo, back!

(On a side note, it's awesome trying to get internet when Comcast shows up and says "No, that's RCN's equipment. Who told you Comcast gives service here?" and the answer is "Comcast's website. And RCN's website. And the city's website, which says that Comcast is the only cable company that provides service in the city." And they still don't believe you.)
