This is Shikki with a second character, and I'm bringing back an oldie!

This is Shuri Oak. He's an idiot. A wealthy, spoiled idiot that rarely thinks before he speaks and doesn't quite understand social nuances like... insulting your friends is bad and doesn't really make them want to be your friend anymore. He's not terribly bright in the relationship department.

And unfortunately for him, he's started to wise up a little to the ways of the world. Shuri's rolling in from just after Chapter 81.

On top of that, he'll be very vaguely remembering his previous time in Luceti. And by that I mean things like - how to do dishes and some of the basic workings of Luceti, basically like how a dream feels when you think back on it after a while where you can remember concepts but not the full story. If anyone has anything they want him to remember specifically about them, we can totally make a thing happen.

Small Hiatus

Moving and Crazy Roommate and SDCC prep, oh my. I'm loath to do so, but judging my my activity of the previous week, I'm better off just declaring hiatus. I'd really like to AT LEAST get caught up on the tags I owe people, but I'm sort of surprised I have time enough to post this hiatus note :/

Wanda's still being a shut in recluse after the draft. She'll show up to keep HQ running, but other than that, not going out much. Jean... I dunno. Auto pilot I guess? I don't even know. baby's first hiatus.

Hiatus-Time

Hi all.

So, RL decided it was an awesome time to dump just about 5 projects on me that are all due at the exact same time for the exact same client. This means I will probably be working late most days and might even have to bust some weekends to make sure stuff gets out to the printers/developers and out to the client on time.  

Since this is the case, Kirk is going to be Mallynapped until the end of July/first week of August. I might be able to come back sooner, and if so, I will let you know, but that's what I project right now since that's when everything is due and thus I have about 3 weeks to get it all done. Who needs sleep, right? Who needs a social life? 

Who needs a paycheck? Me. (But no, I love my job.)

I will still be available at night when I get home on Plurk and AIM (both of which are username inkedhymnal) if you want to plan anything for when Kirk comes back, or have questions. (I've been playing around with the idea of Kirk being a tribble when he comes back, for the curious).
