brief hiatus!

Working on mobile internet rn so I'll make this short and sweet. A mish-mash of different issues, one of them being my internet at home being flaky and bluh, has me needing to hiatus for a little. My characters (Storm and Toph) will be on autopilot around the village. If I'm really needed anywhere, feel free to PM me and I'll add it to my list of things to tag when I get back.

Hiatus Update

Okay folks,

I've made it back to Japan and I've started getting really settled in, so I'm going to be easing back into RP slowly. As of today, Saori is back from her mallynap and I'll be actively tagging around again with Luke when I feel ready for it.

Rei on the other hand is going to remain on her mission till the 25th or so, and will probably stay on hiatus a little longer. I don't immediately feel ready to jump back in with 3 characters.

Well, Luceti, how do you do? I'm Ari, and though I've never been in this game before, I'm really excited to give things a go!  Should anyone want to contact me on AIM, feel free to message me at arias.crowe--but make sure the period is between arias and crowe.

Anyway, the noble guy I'm bringing in belongs to the Castlevania canon, the Curse of Darkness game specifically.   His name is Hector, and prior to betraying Count Dracula, he was a Devil Forgemaster--which is essentially a dark sorcerer--and general to the vampire lord's army.   Over time, he's also become mistrustful of humans and prefers a quiet life in nature, but still remains civil and polite to anyone wishing to interact.  Ask something of him, and he'll help you out on most days.   Hector enjoys walks on wintry, moonlit nights, tea at the fireside, and anyone with an aversion to evil magic and Dracula.  Especially people with an aversion to Dracula.

 

But make no mistake.   Beneath his lack of trust and brooding, Hector's got a noble heart, a kind soul, and is just a wounded spirit that needs time to heal.  Earning his trust and respect will give you a powerful ally that will stand with you to the death.

 

Oh, and one more thing.   His name is just Hector.   Throughout his entire canon, there is no mention of him having a last name…
