IN REGARD TO PLOT THINGS

Remember This post, here. Aftermath of the previous event. Let's talk. Let's talk keycards. So - Vash won the draw to find it, he let other characters know about it, there was much exploring to be had. Right? Right. And according to ZZ, Vash would still want to hold onto the card while it was still being figured out or at least still be hovering around there.
We also know, thanks to the handy mod post, that each code could take up to four to eight weeks to decrypt once they figured out where the card was used for. We're getting pretty close to that time! And with the possibility of multiple characters working on things, I think it's best if we get some talk on the table and figure out just what is being handwaved between them all here.
SO. With everyone worried of stepping on toes most likely, do we want to roll for who might figure things out first? Get an IC discussion rolling on which door they want to open first once they get that far?
And there's still the curiosity of the skeleton! While it's being studied - will bringing it to the surface cause the person to revive? (Hopefully a mod can answer that one!) ETC.
