Very Brief Hiatus

Taking a brief trip over vacation, so I'll be gone from tomorrow until the 10th.

AMI (geniustheveil) will be Mallynapped and come back as her manga self, probably from around the end of series.

DARIA (mysicksadlife) will also be Mallynapped. She'll come back as her adult self from her story in Write Where It Hurts.

BILBO (sonofatook) will be around. Probably using the ring to stay invisible a lot to explain being out of the way.

I'm still event plotting with them since these changes shouldn't get in the way of that too much.

Hey everyone! Due to a combination of Fourth Wall, work being ridiculous, and a small mix-up with my iconist, here's Vyc, player of Grune (lostinmyway), coming in late with--at long last--her second character!

Sophie Coolidge has actually been in Luceti as an NPC for over four years now, as the first child born in Luceti, and she's currently the only Luceti-born child present. She's the daughter of Senel Coolidge and Stella Telmes from Tales of Legendia, both of whom haven't been in Luceti for quite some time. Since last fall, House 34 (currently Fenimore, Grune, Walter, and Norma) have been raising her together. Fenimore is her primary caregiver, but the others all contribute important parts to her upbringing.

Sophie is not much of a talker, but she's curious and even-tempered (and stubborn). She's a little too independent for a four-year-old due to all the losses she's experienced during her short life and is a little slow to form attachments. She's also the sort of girl who's more likely to punch things than cry whenever a problem comes up, which combines badly with her developing physical magic (House 34 is working on that).

Now, because Sophie is so young, she won't be responding to any written posts because, um, she can't read yet. Norma and Walter have been teaching her to read in her native language of Relares with some success, but...she's four. Her participation in action posts will also be somewhat limited; when she does participate, you can assume that either one of her caretakers or a babysitter is in the background somewhere. (On a side note, does anyone want to sign up to be a babysitter?)

So yeah! This is a big departure from my usual habit of RPing characters who tend to be at the youngest several centuries old, but I'm really excited about this challenge! I hope to have a lot of fun with everybody! ♥
