Heyo, Luna here. I just wanted to apologize for my slowness with tags for the past couple of weeks-- chronic health stuff acting up, yada yada. I'll probably continue to be slow for a little while longer until I can get this taken care of, but rest assured I haven't dropped any tags and I'll be hitting up some posts my guys should've noticed. I'm just... slow. Like a slow thing.

Um, hi there! I'm Meru, and I'll be playing Alex Benedetto from "GANGSTA."!

Alex is a pretty awesome (and really hot, dang) 24-year-old, if I must say. She's kind, gentle (if only a bit shy and cautious), and has that inner strength and bravery inside of her that just wishes it could really show itself. Also, don't be alarmed if she happens to go into episodes where she freaks out when completely alone. Being a former-prostitute who experienced some pretty ugly things working for a pretty messed up pimp has left Alex with some bad mental scars, oh and memory loss. It's not easy being her, that's for sure.

For you guys familiar with GANGSTA., I've pulling Alex out from the time somewhere around Chapters 17 or 18. Although the series is ongoing, I think using her from that timeline is a really good opportunity (one because that's how much is translated...) and that it also shows her at a stage where she's curious and adjusting to her new living situation, as well as beginning to acquire some new-found strength to her character. She's both fragile but also wanting to make a real effort in this time.

Uh, I also hope this doesn't sound too bad, but I'm also like... Very new to dreamwidth/livejournal-styled RPing. This account started out with just me doing a little bit of RPing back and forth with a friend to get used to how things work, but I really do apologize in advance for any mistakes I make with anything! This whole thing is really like a learning experience for me hahhh...
