[Nightmare Night] aka THE FUN HAS BEEN DOUBLED.

A glorious occasion, an evening of fun,
Of games and bobbing apples for everyone,
A night of disguises, a night for a scare,
But don't let yourself be caught by Night Mare.

In all seriousness, hello! This is Cherry, player of Luna (and Ginji), wanting to let you know that a certain pony will be putting together a Nightmare Night festival for this upcoming October 31. And she requests your help, good villagers!

So what is it? It is very similar to your traditional Halloween fare, only its origin is very different. See, there's this vengeful spirit called "Night Mare Moon" who will eat you up if you don't put on disguises and fill her up with lots of candy. These sorts of spirits would rather wreck havoc and eat ponies I mean people you know. In any case, there will be decorations and games and ghost stories and all that good stuff. Learn a little about pony culture, hoard some yummy sweets, that sort of thing. At least that is the plan!

Though you might have others...? That's because there will be a mod-run event in conjunction with Nightmare Night. (This was run by the mods already, and we are planning around each other.)

Anyway, this is just a head's up post and to see who all is tentatively interested in the festival. I hope to get an IC post up sometime tomorrow. It's up! And...if you have questions or suggestions or anything, let me know? And (double and) if you want to get a really good idea of what it would be like, this episode does a lot more justice than I could trying to explain it!
