Okay, two things!

So after nearly four years, I've decided to drop Gelda Nebilim. It's been fantastic playing her and being a part of the Tales of the Abyss cast, but I've pretty much exhausted my motivation with her. There isn't really anything she'll leave behind, unless someone from the Abyss cast wants the Catalyst Weapon she had. If so, just let me know.

Secondly, I've canon updated Cheria, so... Housemates, feel free to assume she disappeared as of right now. I'll reintro her soon, either at the end of this weekend or the start of next week.

Hiatus/slowatus!

I'm heading into another work weekend so I'll already be slow, but from May 7th through May 10th, I'll be on full hiatus as I go hiking in Yosemite Park.

After that, I'll be on slowatus from the 11th through the 23rd as I go through another work weekend, then spend the 14th through the 23rd on vacation in New York City.

Rue will be remaining in the village, godmod rights go to Katniss and Peeta, and I'll backtag things once I'm back.

Intro

It's Nadia here, player of Leonhardt (eyesofstrength), bringing a second character in for the first time in quite some time. And this guy would be Hartia from a really really old anime called Sorcerour Stabber Orphen.

Since the anime is somewhat old and obscure now, let me give a quick rundown on what Hartia is like. He's actually a bit of a departure from my normal character type, though he won't seem it right off. He's a sorcerer, as many of the main characters in the series are. He's spent most of his life studying magic in a place called the Tower of Fang. He usually acts pretty serious.

Except, he also has a bit of a dorky side. It especially comes out when he's in disguise as his hero, the Black Tiger, who he is a horrible fanboy of. In canon he is often called Shrimp Man when in this guise because Black Tiger is similar to a name of a type of shrimp. Feel free to use this to your advantage and he will most definitely whine if someone interrupts his long introduction or calls him Shrimp Man.

Anyway, looking forward to playing as him! And since I know no one uses the command console, go ahead and hover add notshrimpman, but if you really need the whole add thing manage_circle add_read notshrimpman

Hiatus

I never make hiatus posts, but seeing as I've got a log and a post going among many other threads, have a quick public service announcement. I was only going to be gone for two days to visit family, but everyone in the house had the flu and so now I've managed to catch it.

I've put my hiatuses up until the 7th, but it could very well be sooner or later.

Hey, guys! It's Trap, and I have another new character for you! I'm playing another red bandana-wearing protagonist, but this one's a little less... outwardly nice.

This is Orphen, from the anime Sorcerous Stabber Orphen, just like our good buddy Shrimp Man in the post below mine! He's a renegade sorcerer who is blunt and probably a little mean. Probably. But he's not a bad person! He's a much nicer guy than he looks. Unless you piss him off. Then he might tie you up and leave you in a tree.

I can't wait to play him here! So go ahead and manage_circle add_read trollkiller or add trollkiller.

While I'm here, I'm going to do something I probably should've done a while ago, and that's send Elliot Nightray home. I really enjoyed playing him here, but despite all his glorious CR, I just don't enjoy playing Elliot like I used to. He doesn't leave anything behind, because thinking ahead isn't really Elliot's thing, but he cared a lot about his friends in Luceti. (Except Jack. Never Jack.) Don't forget it. >:'|!!

As far as event-related things go, do not fret! I will still be tagging the princess plot with him, so no worries there. o/ I'm still here with Caesar, Claude, Shinji, and now Orphen, so feel free to direct your moeblobs to them! ♥
