These next two to three weeks of the semester (which are the last, incidentally) are a little crazy, so I'm putting up this notice just in case, and to let people know that I probably won't be tagging anything new with Mac or Isaac. I really hate doing this, especially right after a bad AC check for Foot, but if it isn't obvious, my interest in posting pretty much took a nose dive these past few days. I'll also admit I'm waffling between just taking a short break and just taking off, period.

I will do my best to finish out threads with Foot, although that'll be pretty sporadic and I won't make any promises at all. Other than that, I probably won't be posting anything new with her for a bit.

For his part, Derek will just be doing that antisocial thing he's gotten known for and might possibly go out and camp in the woods for a little while.

Anyhow, this may last a week or two, so I'll probably miss the event, too (par for the course it seems, anyway).

All aboard the Hiatus Train...!!

Yes even me. It's the end of tax season up here in Canadaland and that means work is a bit nuts this week. My hours are up and it may require some overtime, so in short, I'm going to be dead by the time it's over! As such, I am sitting this event (mostly) out, and I may be somewhat slow on my ongoing threads. So fair warning, I guess. No kidnappings planned ATM, my kids will just be quiet. (And popcorning the chaos.)

I'm gonna go ahead and say this'll last until around May 5th, to be safe, but I'll probably be more up-and-running by the 2nd or 3rd.

This affects Edward (automailed), Asch (dissonates), Zack (wingenvy), Suki (kyoshi), Fluttershy (shying), and Mikage (fyulong).

So uh... I just thought I'd give a head's up that Noa's (tempest_break) Taillow, Soren, has been inherited by Chien with Kyo's blessing basically. He found the bird in the forest around the 23rd and decided to take him in is what's been decided, and he'll be having the Pokémon hang around on his shoulder for the rest of eternity screw balls.

Anyway, long story short, the directors for my office are in the US for three-year-rotations and it's Director Swap time, meaning I've got tons of visa and departure permit and accounting things that are making work a little bit crazy over here at the moment as we try to get all of that last-minute stuff sorted out. I was hoping I could avoid officially calling anything, but I'm sure most of the people I've been threading with have noticed that my tag speed has been on the erratic side for the past couple of weeks so I figured I'd play it safe.

I'll still be around and tagging things, but I'm likely to be slower than usual until around May 10th, which is when the current director heads out.

Okay I'm just doing it. I've considered ways to prop up her again and I probably could, but as it stands now I have not been really feeling Melaka other than in very short bursts and very isolated threads since like the beginning of February. I've only gotten her minimally involved in plots and with the not-quite funk I am in now she is dragging down the rest of my troupe. It's not so much that I want to be rid of her, but more that if I feel like if I don't right now in about two months I'll be dropping her and someone else. So I'm just going to drop her, wash my hands of the Slayer for the time being, and possibly bring her back at a later date.

...Sorry to all the people who were excited for her and/or I've left hanging. It's my bad, honestly. I just know the pattern that when you're playing the character only for certain CR it's not going to last. If anyone still wants to play with her for some reason, I do now finally have a public-ish musebox now.

EDIT: She leaves no notes, she wouldn't have thought too. She does leave behind the tooth she ripped out the wall during the mission (the Smithy might still have it). I'm tempted to say certain gifts would have been left but most of what people gave her was on her body or transitive so that's unlikely.

That massive Tales of RPG plot expansion

Calling all muns with Tales of Chars! Since there were a number of people that expressed interest in seeing an epic all the Tales Heroes vs all the Tales Villains, I figured we can go on ahead and expand on how we want this to play out and organize things a little more in this entry.

There will be one for Sign Ups if there are other Tales of players who want to join, one to talk about the overall plot, one for the heroes to plot in and another for the villains to plot. Basically the, what is everyone's roles entry and how things play out |D. And I guess I can put up a misc section for other topics.

Yes, I am hopping aboard for a couple of weeks while I face off with a couple of RL things and build up a terrifying urge to tag once again.

Lestrade is just going to be on autopilot since I have hopes of canon-updating him around the time I'd come off hiatus anyway, and Wellard is taking a visit to the malnosso, that I may canon review. That's all, now off you go m0_0m
