I introduce you to Yoh Asakura, main character from the series Shaman King. He's a normal 15 years old boy who just happens to be a shaman and thus can see spirits and talk to them, actually he probably has more relation to them than to people who are alive, at least he has spent with them more time than with living friends. He's a little past the middle of the series, chapter 181 out of 300, also I should note that he's manga only. I saw the anime but I deny that ending and the way it destroyed some characters, in case anyone only knows the anime and starts to wonder about some things that didn't make it to the anime regarding Yoh. As talked to Akai, Yoh will have his reliable companion spirit Amidamaru with him, but don't bother with it much, you will never see him unless someone apps him. Even Yoh has problems at this time seeing and talking to him!

I'll intro him soon, hope to play a lot with you guys!

'sup guys. From the Lexi who brings you Kratos (shiningbinds) and Jeb (sketchingideals), you are now presented with a third character from her! It is with absolute glee that I bring you Utena Tenjou, from Revolutionary Girl Utena!

So what should you know about this girl? Well, she's a fourteen-year-old (seriously) girl with a strong sense of justice and is so naive it's painful. She dresses in a boy's uniform that none of the other boys at her school wear because she wants to be like the prince she met during her childhood. Also, she may or may not have a thing for the girl she fights sword duels to protect. Sword duels in which she pulls a sword out of said girl's chest.

...yeah, Revolutionary Girl Utena's kinda trippy. A very good watch, but really damn trippy. In a way, it's like Neon Genesis Evangelion's technicolored, rose-filled twin sister.

Anyway, moving on! She's coming from a point where she really wants to kick the ass of this dude who sort of looks like a male version of her because she thinks he's a manipulative jerkass. Don't worry though, she'll be plenty friendly if you're friendly to her! Utena's a sweetie.

I am definitely looking forward to playing this girl here and hopefully doing her some justice! Well-owed justice, as she's sort of my favorite anime character ever. *cough* So without further babbling from my end, please manage_circle add_read revolutionarygirl or do the handy hoover thing -> revolutionarygirl!

Hello, everyone! My name is Art. Well, my nickname is Art. I'm just starting out, so let me introduce you to my first character!

Well, the first one is named Prince. His fandom (1/2 Prince) is relatively obscure, so an introduction is important! Prince is... complicated! Kind one moment, a sadistic **** while fighting. That's just a front, though, he's actually super-nice and super-loyal. And super-dense. He's well known for trouble-making, and actually is a gaming avatar in the series. Now, the series is a gender-bender, so of course he is the avatar for a woman! But surprisingly, he's actually manly... *shrug* Oh well. I can't wait to join you all! Hello! Art again! Let me introduce you to the secon character I apped this cycle, Cayla Reed.

Cayla is a half-Japanese Canadian schizophrenic ballet dancer with a degree in teaching. She likes people, but has a hard time opening up. She is worth it though, trust me... Also, She is a first-degree black belt in karate and does gymnastics but not as much as she used to. She's a little short at 5'2", but that is the least of her worries; paranoid schizophrenia is much worse.

That condition is kind of an issue, but Cayla is well-medicated! Except her atypical antipsychotics makes her restless and restrict her emotions, which really doesn't help her social life.

Hiatus

Doji here, going on hiatus for about a week. Afterwards, I'll be on slowatus because I want to be around for the event.

Kasuka (havemilkbro ) will be on autopilot. He's quiet enough and will do his daily routine, so he probably won't miss much. Godmod rights goes to Shikki (Shizuo-mun).

Kouki (de_bel_survivor ) will fall sick after the New Feathers party, so Mel (Atsuro-mun) get motherhenning godmod rights. He'll get better in time for the event.

Roy (falenanthief ), on the other hand, will get an unlucky mallynapping.

Their current threads will be tagged, albeit at a slow pace. But they won't tag any new posts until hiatus is over, unless it's very important for them to be there.

First stats post on DW!

Last post (on LJ) for reference and the spreadsheet. Since the OOC comm wasn't imported with the move, old posts are on LJ, but if there is a need for the old posts to be on DW, I can go through and copy them and repost with the same dates.

Anyway, for those who don't know, I make this post after all the apps are in every cycle for everyone to see all sorts of fun little statistics about characters and players in the game. I gain nothing from this besides having a very handy reference when I need it and for others to enjoy looking at. It may seem time consuming, but it really isn't unless a character makes me go WTF over what they are. Normally I do it every cycle, but due to RL circumstances I didn't get everything done for last cycle until right before this one started.

And because we moved to DW and all since my last post, please let me know if I have your personal journal down right and if it's on LJ there should be a (LJ) by it, but some didn't specify so I may have assumed wrong on where it was located. Old and new players alike for this, because there were some newbies that I wasn't sure if their personal journal was LJ or DW.

And you'll note I added two more columns at the end saying if you commented to the add/remove and taken list, that's to help you guys and also to let me know if someone never claimed a character so I can just remove them at the AC. Most people are fine with that, but a few are missing one or both. If I'm wrong, let me know, but if you haven't please go do so and help the mods and make sure new folks next cycle can add you!

And also, welcome new players! I know I didn't get around to commenting on all the intros, but I'm happy to see you all nonetheless.

Anyway. Hi everyone, Unkie here! This is a sudden realization that midterms are this week and next week, followed by a con that I'm not entirely prepared for yet, and then followed again by spring break for which I will be out of town. So I am calling a slowatus that will turn hiatus on the 31st, when I lose internet access.

This affects both Mikado (penstabby) and Souji (gohon) obvs but they will be staying around on autopilot because the event is beautiful dammit.

In the meanwhile I'll still be around on plurk and AIM, and let me know if there's anything that needs my attention o/ SEE YOU GUYS.

Anyway! This is the very kind Shirley Fennes from Tales of Legendia! A kind, sweet, but very shy girl, who also happens to be the messiah-esque leader of her people, who are all blondes can breathe underwater. There's a few of them floating around already, maybe you've met them. Shirley's coming in from relatively early in her canon - chapter 5, to be precise, before she officially becomes the Merines. Complicated story, there...
