Hello everyone! This is Cata with her second character, Rue from The Hunger Games.

To sum up The Hunger Games, America has been reduced down to twelve districts and the Capitol. Every year, a boy and girl (between ages twelve and eighteen) from each district are chosen by random drawing and sent off to compete in the Hunger Games, a televised event where twenty-four enter and one leaves. Yep, crapsack world.

Rue, at age twelve, is selected the girl Tribute for District Eleven and given the honor of competing in the 74th Hunger Games.

Don't let this cute face fool you; she's fast, quick, and knows how to stay hidden.

I will do my best to avoid spoiling anyone! Also the movie comes out on the 23rd so all of you should see it.

Well, I notice it tends to take me at least a cycle to start getting some good CR going, so I'm hoping we can have some fun with this.

...besides, they can bond over being baffled by modern conveniences. Hot water without a fire, electricity..yeah. That stuff.

Definitely. Panem has electricity and heating and stuff like that, but only in the richer parts of towns or districts. So while she's had some exposure up in the Capitol, this is all going to blow her mind.
