Hello all, this is Shikki here again with a character from 07-GHOST. This is Roseamanelle Ouka Barsburg. Some of you might remember a gentleman named Shuri Oak! She's nothing like him. At all.
Ouka is the princess of the Empire of Barsburg. She's grown up in a rather unfortunate family and has survived some pretty crazy circumstances and managed to come out of it relatively well adjusted, aside from some mild brainwashing that she's not aware of. She's real quirky and kind, but she's got a fairly quick wit and a sasy side to her. She's also has a relatively powerful healing ability!
