Slowatus

I'm sorry to do this right after picking up a new character, but I need to declare a slowatus for a little while. My boss, someone who is very dear to me and who believed a lot in me was killed in a car accident over the weekend, and I just can't promise that I'll be in a brainspace to tag for the next few days at least. I might be able to, I might not... I don't know.

This affects Neji (screw_fate) and Jiraiya (erosennin)
