Hey guys, it's Del here, player of that really pretty and serious business ninja Neji (screw_fate) coming in with a second character!

Jiraiya here is another ninja, but unlike Neji, he's just about the furthest thing from serious business (or pretty, for that matter!) you can find. He's an old man who spends most of his time just being a gigantic pervert to like 99% of the ladies he meets. And he also writes books. Which are perverted.

(I've got a permissions post up for that sort of thing, btw.)

But underneath it, he's actually a pacifist, a surprisingly deep thinker... and one of the most powerful ninja in a shounen series full of ridiculously over-powered ninja. There's quite a lot more to him than meets the eye.
