Hi Luceti! My name is Ren and I'm bringing you Tahno from Legend of Korra. He's coming in after losing his waterbending powers, so he's less of the sassy, fabulous antagonist he once was and more an empty shell of his former glory. This whole acting humble and polite thing is going to be really strange for him and will probably result in quite a few slip-ups of jerkitude, but at least he's heading in the right direction.

Hi! Welcome to the game and such! I've been eager to see your intro and I'm adding you on plurk for it (bigdamnhero) Wow Tahno's a giant... It'll be interesting to see them interact! ...Or something yeah.

I obviously play Asami here, but I also play Masaomi Kida (generalflirt), Haruhi Suzumiya (godbent), Scorpius (tellmejohn), and Rin Okumura (rashness)

Oh, I can explain the height thing! After watching his scenes a bunch of times, I noticed he's slouching in nearly all of them, and even then he's taller than everyone around him. In this scene, if Korra leaned back into a normal position/leveled her gaze and Tahno straightened his posture, it seems he'd be at least a head taller than her (if not more than that). Her eyes would be level with his chest, and I figure she's maybe 5'4ish at the very most? The firebender on his team seems to be average height for men in the LoK universe (about the same as Mako – I'd say he's 5'7 or so since Korra doesn't have to lean up much to kiss him) with the earthbender being quite a bit taller than that and Tahno being even a little taller than him. So I thought he seemed pretty tall! And that it would kind of help factor into why his opponents find him creepy and intimidating (besides his attitude) – he looms over them. SUDDENLY TL;DR EVERYWHERE, I'M SORRY.

Anyway! I totally agree, it'll be very interesting! They should share make up tips at some point.

WOW I NEVER NOTICED THAT that's cool, and actually relatively in line with the estimates I made about people's heights (Asami at 5'7, Bolin somewhere around there, Korra at 5'5, Mako at 5'8ish because despite the kissing thing he does seem noticeably taller than Bolin and Asami and almost on par with Tenzin in some scenes). That'll be fun in Luceti though wow. Finally Sokka is out-heighted.

However I'd expect him to get an apartment all by his lonesome, unless you think different?

I hadn't considered it yet... hm. Nah, I don't think he'd willingly choose to live alone since he's used to being surrounded by people and constantly getting attention. That's something he'd want. But since the only characters in the cast who will recognize him are Lin and Tenzin, I don't imagine he'll get an invite to live with anyone, so he'll probably end up alone anyway?

If you make Korra feel bad enough for you she might invite you to stay with them, Tahno. She already feels (only) half-bad for telling Tarrlok to stay away. Guilt tripping could be an Easy-In.
