Hurricane Bil strikes again...

Hi! Eeeee I am so excited for this you don't know!

That stuff from the plotting post has a lot more meat to its bones now, villagers! You know you wanna know...

Here’s the plan:

Once the weather is through taking a level in dangerous, and has begun to calm, Nephry will make an IC post (or log, I am thinking a log might work out better) to gather up anyone available to assess the damage to the village: downed trees, flooding, damaged buildings, people who are trapped or injured or otherwise in need of help. To that end, she’s dividing the map (this image may be LARGE) into three major areas; they are partially arbitrary and if you think you have a better way to split things up please say so!

Her tentative plan will be to collect and bring any injured people to a designated, usable spot in each area (circled in red) - the battledome clinic*, the plaza clinic, and the barracks, which served pretty well as a makeshift clinic after the earthquake. It is not a perfect solution but it’s the best temporary one she can come up with. The other part of the plan is that we all start clearing and cleaning as well as we can, whether the repair shifts activate or not, because a bunch of exhausted people are about to come back from a draft and add to the chaos.

If the repair shifts don’t kick in, there’ll be other plans to start making repairs on their own, and organizing temporary places to stay for those who get displaced by flooding and things like that.

The short, bullet-point form:

- Open to absolutely anyone left in the village post-Bil extraction
- You can do what you want with it: be trapped, help get someone out who is trapped, discover that a tree has blocked off the road in the south part of the village and gone through a building**, anything!
- I'm sure there are people who already have plans for what's going down in the bad weather. Here is a place you are welcome to play them out!
- There is no one too small to help get things cleaned up and organized!
- Specifically needed are:
    - Enough people to form crews to cover the three areas of the village (on the map: yellow, red, blue numbers).
    - Volunteers for the red-circled areas (2 clinics and the barracks)
    - Non-drafted non-Bilplot people who still want some action!

Plot here! Talk about what you intend to do, make flooding-friends, build an ark if you wanna - just have fun! We'd all get bored just sitting around the village listening to the wind howl, right?

And especially let me know if you have questions, suggestions, improvements to the overall plan, or want an IC “sign up and discuss this plan” post before the log exists. Thinking about it again, both are definitely feasible and I think it would work well, but I am just me! And I want to hear what you think.

ETA: She would definitely want to work with Brave Vesperia and the Blue Rogues because they are such construction and combat powerhouses. Also they come pre-organized.

* If this is unfeasible due to damages from the Bil plot being carried out, or if there are any other conflicts with Modly things, do let me know and we can work to make it work. Thanks!

But um no in all seriousness. Ginji's got a pretty good handyman/repair/clean-up resume as well as experience carrying/helping people along if you need either of those. Hammering, soldering, you got it. As well as a couple weather measuring devices, but I think there are already a lot of characters who've got that covered and got it covered in advance and in cooler ways. |D

So long as he has some time to check in on grumpypants occasionally and make sure he's eating his vegetables (this is a joke), I'd like to help with this or team up (team up~) with some other people to get things done. Leaning towards repair-related things.

Overall this is meant to span just a day or two: from the cessation of weather hostilities to when the draftees come back. I'm pretty sure a lot of priorities will shift when that happens, at least for some characters.

So basically rescuing people/clearing trees, then some repairs, then making room for when draft people return and sending them for medical attention.

...Okay I don't know what he'll be doing. He's coming fresh off the Black Beast plot so I'm not sure how much he'll be able to feasibly get involved in, but I'm all up for hearing suggestions! At the very least, I know he'll be involved in whatever Brave Vesperia inevitably ends up involved in.

Regardless, she will likely be involved in caring for the injured and whatever Brave Vesperia ends up partaking in, since she is also part of that group. I am all for hearing suggestions you may have!

She wouldn't oppose it at all, especially if there's a shortage of healers or if the number of injured is more than expected. She's more a defense combatant anyway, so she could end up negotiating in the center of the two.

A spreadsheet sounds like a good plan, especially if it helps you to gather your thoughts together. There's a lot going on and the more organization the better.

Raine will likely be assisting in the clinics after certain things [re: decoy collection] goes down; she might require rescuing from the mountains depending on how that goes (unless she can make it back to the hot springs teleporter), but if any characters are patrolling/whatnot in the area (I'm not sure who was designated as security?) it would be good to talk! I'm not sure how the weather will be in the mountains. :|a That aside she probably will have some manner of injury herself too once things are set in motion.

- Some possibilities!

The school is a relatively safe building if people find themselves in the square and in need of a quick sheltering. If anyone wants to be preemptive and board up windows and whatnot, that's fine too.

The flower shop will suffer a bit, however, if anyone wants to help clean that up when things calm down!

Rapunzel will be around as a medic, so she'll definitely want to help in the effort of getting the injured to designated clinic locations and just help out in any way she can.

I've been holding Neji back a bit due to trying to clean up, but he'd make an excellent search & rescue/recon type for assessing damage and getting anyone injured to safety, so I'll throw him in for that.

If there needs another medic-ish person for the Clinics you can count Winry in. She'll just... need to bring along two chickens and a cyborg dog.

Count Rin in for it. He'll have probably been running around in the rain before then to afterwards he'd be running on autopilot, but even in that state he's still several timed stronger than a normal human and has flames which can reduce almost anything to ash in no time flat if he can control them well (which... given his lack of coherency he'll have by then might be a concern, but oh well)

Yukio will definitely be up for medic duty for wherever needs the most attention, he's good at the whole fixing people up and making sure they're okay thing. Caius will also be up for helping out after he's made sure Azusa is okay with Orphen.

Fuuko will be getting trapped in the Clanpad so a little help would be awesome.

Cayla has had first-aid training now, so she's available to help out with medic duty. She can also help with rescue/cleanup duty.

So! What will help this work out is - which section of the village (1 2 or 3 up there) will Nagisa be trapped in? That way she can just conveniently stick Orphen in that list and bam! Plot serendipity.

If anyone is willing to be rescued by a flying chainsaw weilding boy in a frilly pink magical girl dress, Ayumu is available.

In addition, he's strong enough to pull rubble off people and additionally, his magic can fix things. So he can be involved with the repairs, too. Only drawback is that he wont want to stay in the dress too long after the storm.

Richard has some healing abilities thanks to Nala and he's good at giving orders and staying calm. He's... not in the best physical shape, though, so he probably can't do much debris lifting or anything like that (even though he'll try anyway).

Jack is a completely normal human but he could do search and rescue/recon!

If you need any extra non-drafted non-Bilplot help, Rudy is definitely available as a search/rescue guy. He's a lot tougher than he looks so he'd be okay with cleaning up, getting people to safety, all that stuff. Basically, Rudy's willing to help out any way he can.

Takashi isn't much of a medic or anything himself but he'll definitely be around to help rescue the injured and take them to clinics and help with the clean up.

Sion, on the other hand, will be ready and on the spot if anyone needs a medic. He doesn't know any healing abilities but he's a very good doctor so it's okay.

Seto I'm going to throw in for clean up duty! He'll have PF with him so he'll be walking around and picking up whatever she tells him, or anyone else tells him to. He can also do rescue but that's only if PF senses another person around.

Phew, this is super late, but Hulk'll be helping out too! Him and all his super awesome strength and stuff!
