lucetiooc | OOC Plotting for the Bil Threat

Ideas which have come up so far:

Bil is currently in the Med Center under guard. Law has ordered more Rogues to guard him but will likely be moving him somewhere else more secret/secure because there are some people (I play one) who would sell that location out quietly.
The idea of using shapeshifters/disguise masters to impersonate Bil and selling their location out to plant them as a possible mole was proposed. <-This was Mod Approved

The idea of taking a telepath of some sort to the Comatose Bil's mind to see if anything was proposed
