HELLO!  Newest of the newbies newbness...of newb things. Peeps. Homies.  I bring unto Luceti one Adele Leblanc, an original character. Trauma surgeon extraordinaire, except not because, well, no tools at the moment.  She's petite, sarcastic and very unsettled at the moment  but I'm really excited about being accepted into the community and look forward to meeting and playing with all of you!

*_* O-Oh god thank you that is always my favorite compliment to get. Especially from people who haven't seen much, that's just always...made it mean more. A-And I can always recommend eps, if you want to see more of him. I must have sent out that "Giles focused episode list" half a dozen times by now.

I will take that Giles focused episode list with a side of awesome, whenever you've the time, and I will take it gladly. And then not sleep till I've run through all the episodes on the list.

If I can dig it up from before, I'll just c&p. You'll only be awake for a few days. Giles is woefully underrepresented, especially towards the end. He does come from the later comic book canon, but that is complicated on so many levels and you're not likely to have to deal with many of those facts until you get to know him better.

Ever seen "How to Train Your Dragon"? I turned Giles into a Night Fury for an experiment way back when, and when one of my plans for this mallynap fell through I decided to fall back on an old favorite. So, he will look especially dragon-ish. But he also knows when to put the teeth away.

But he's one of the best things about the series! At least in my limited experience.

...Sweet baby Buddha & Jesus & (insert religious icon of choice here) it's one of my favorite CG movies. Toothless acted just like my roomate's cat, it was hilarious. Adele's breakdown will be much, much quieter, since she's familiar with the movie. And Buffy. If only because her ex-husband was a bit of a fanboy.

Oh, is she familiar with the show? You're free to 4th wall Giles, if you want. He's been told that his life is a television show in other worlds, and his point in canon won't be being updated for a while.

Not overly familiar, just what bits she caught when Robert wouldn't turn it off so she could sleep. Giles was her favorite character as well, because he seemed the most sensible of the group. She'll know enough to meet him in person, listen to his explanation of who he is, recognize him and call bullshit until someone explains the mutliuniverse that is Luceti.

Giles will utterly sympathize. He once gave Frodo Baggins a heart attack because he let on he knew about the One Ring.
