Hello hello! My name's Peace, and I'm a first timer to Luceti! So I'm bringing in Chien Tenebro from Tales of Innocence. Lemme tell you a little about this kid because he's got a pretty good sobstory and he's a minor character in this cast of mains. And yes, his last name really is Tenebro.
When he was born, he and two dogs came out of his mama's body. I suppose she died then, either from blood loss, shock, or murder for being a monster-mother. In any case, Chien grew up alone besides these two hounds, named Cer and Ber, and was persecuted because of his unusual birth, which was due to the fact he was an Avatar (Cerberus, the Guardian of the Manifest to be exact!). Or, as the common people call them, a Fallen. He's roughly 13 years old, so since he was a child he's had to take care of himself, living in the hot and humid jungles of Galpos near the temple where Vrtra, a dragon of the Devic Era (where the past lives came from), was revered. When a monk came by to eradicate the boy and his brothers, the dogs mauled him to death. What you can gather from that is that humans are very much on his "dislike" list with good reason, and he's infinitely more okay with monsters, especially of the dog variety.
Chien's taken after the battle in Galpos, when he loses and keeps refusing the group's offer of friendship because he thinks they're just trying to trick him away from his "Utopia", the thing Lady Mathias - head of Arca - is working towards by trying to find the Manifest. Supposedly. He believes in his good and true, and she is the human he trusts and considers himself closest to because she was the only one who protected him and his brothers.
Unfortunately, he doesn't have either brother here! Cer and Ber are still at home, leaving him quite a lonely child who's most likely going to be spending his days in the forest away from humans. So go ahead! Be friendly to him! As long as you don't make fun of him or say big words that sound like you're saying he's an idiot, he might warm up to you! Probably not, but it's worth a shot. Do that hover thing or just manage_circle add_read dogboy into that admin console we're fond of.
