Cultural Fair Planning

Hey everyone. By mod request and due to some timing difficulties, the Cultural fair (please refer to the writeup if you want to coordinate!) is being moved up to the 25th/26th of this week. ICly we will just retcon to say those were the dates all along; setup for it will probably take place during the 23rd/24th (the 24th is a thunderstorm, so any building in process will probably have to be covered up by tarp or so forth).

If anyone wants to ICly promote or thread out the setting up of things, please do so! And please have as much fun with it as you can--again, all characters, not just those at the school, are encouraged to help out (or maybe they'll get interested in seeing people building things in the square and ask about it, if you aren't sure how to involve them.)

The SOS-Brigade has this stuff... but while Haruhi would have been working hard for the set up of it initially and told someone to distribute fliers for it, she herself would have backed out on Sunday the 15th, fading into obscurity until, at earliest, today (the 22nd). So it's really up to the rest of the Brigade how much they worked out for themselves within the bounds of what Haruhi initially proposed... and I'll try to summon them for input.'

EDIT: AND BEFORE I FORGET regardless of anything else they do, Haruhi will have Azusa put on a concert because of what she discovered of her singing voice at an earlier time.
