New Feather Party?

I noticed that there hasn't been a New Feather party in a while and, since apps just opened, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a New Feather Party log. Since it's been a while, I was having trouble remembering if there was ever a set group that organized New Feather Parties and didn't want to step on any toes, so I thought I'd throw this out there.

I don't have any specific ideas for themes or anything beyond a really simple party/mingle log since there hasn't been one in a while, but feel free to suggest things and if you would want your character to be ICly involved in set up. If there's interest, I was thinking of throwing up the log on May 24th give or take a few days. The party would ICly be announced a week prior (unless it would be better to handwave the actual announcement.) However, I'm more than willing to change the date depending on player plots, apps and the like.

If I'm remembering correctly, a lot of the characters ICly responsible for New Feather parties have since dropped, so it would be really cool if we could have one again! Grune naturally is perfectly in favour and would definitely want to help out in whatever limited ways she could. :Db

Oh yeah we definitely should do that! Now that's school has ended for the majority of the game totally should do it.

Cross is willing to help out of course and a theme...umm it should beeeeeeeeeee....steam punk?

I dunno I'll think of something better.

That's a good point. With school ending, this is probably a good app cycle to restart them on.

Let me know what you come up with! Steam Punk might not be bad, though.

The Welcome Center is usually in charge of it. I have Aang working there, so he could possibly help with the planning.

Sounds good! Would you happen to know what other characters work the welcome center? It might be useful for future new feather parties.

There was an ooc post collecting people who work there some time back, although a number of them are dropped. Two I know offhand are Katara and Okita Souji (ahappylie).

Oh and I think Pepper Potts does too!

Shinji would definitely offer to help Pilouette, too! Even if they don't have to worry about Panda messing things up anymore. (bah) He'd still feel like he should offer, haha.

Awesome! It will be the best party with all of their PARTY THROWING EXPERIENCE from that one time they helped throw a party kinda.

Their skill levels have increased by 5+ points just because Panda is gone! THEY'LL BE FABULOUS.
