So what would all off you say to sort of a backdated CHRISTMAS PLAY around the 1st in real time? It's an idea that has been floating around my plurk and in short Peony will be giving costumes to those with close enough CR to him and "encouraging" the following people to take roles in his play as Santa or the Grinch, and reindeer or elf, etc.

Basically this here is to see who would be interested in SIGNING UP TO play out whatever skits you guys want to play out with this idea AND who in general would like to be the audience/commentators/there for the dinner and show.

Alright so Jade will be Santa Claus! A particularly bureaucratic and merciless Santa, but a Santa all the same. In terms of giving children presents, he may give them what they want but with an ironic twist, something like one of those horrible genies.

Anyway some of the scenarios I'll probably put him down for:

-meetings with children to negotiate niceness/naughtiness and what presents they want. Children don't sit on his lap; they sit on the other side of his desk in an office, and he pores over paperwork relating to their acts.
-There's a villain, right? At some point they can try to kidnap Santa Jade or some such. If there's multiple villains, they should all try snatching him at the same time.
-Perhaps it will end with a Rudolph-esque scenario. Maybe Luke can be Rudolph and then get tasked with leading the sleigh. Not because his nose is absolutely necessary but because it's more cost effective than installing headlights on the sleigh.

Any other suggestions or additions, feel free to throw my way! I'll probably throw most of these scenarios into a comment sometime tonight.
