Movie night 5/10! EDIT: ON HOLD

Edit 4/27: Between the two current player and game plots going on, this plan is on hold until early June!

So movies! Ginia's birthday is coming up on the 7th, but because she feels it's too self-serving to announce it, she's throwing a movie night at the rec center on the 10th instead. This will be open to whoever wants to come watch movies or hang out at the rec center.

So questions for everyone!

1) What movies are currently at the Rec Center and/or what movies are people willing to loan?
2) What movies should be played?

I'm shooting for a good mix of action, comedy, drama, and stuff good for kids. Nothing that would fourth wall anyone in Luceti either. Anything rated R will be played later in the evening.

Also there will be food and snacks and drinks and stuff like that too. Possibly potluck style if people are interested! Also there's the pool table and some decks of cards can be brought over if people want to play poker and the like.

Even though Cilan's more familiar with...um, Pokemon versions of real world movies (like "Yamask of the Opera" instead of "Phantom of the Opera" and "Gone with the Pokemon" instead of "Gone with the Wind" as in universe examples), he would be thrilled to come to movie night... (He'll even bring food, if so desired?)

...If there's a way for Pokemon versions of movies (I don't think DVDs show up in the item shop?) to show up I would so play them.

Food help would be awesome! I plan on having Ginia make an IC announcement before the 10th so they can hash food stuff out?

Same here, though I have no idea if it is possible or not. (At least not without him requesting them and getting them through the points earned from missions, I think? Maybe someday I will figure this stuff out...)

Kurt does have a large collection of DVDs that his previous self bough with mission points. There isn't really a definitive list, but it does include a lot of classic movies, especially Errol Flynn works and other films with swashbuckling action, as well as cheesey action movies.

I'm thinking early June! A nice way to relax after the draft and it could also be a barbecue party. But thanks for your understanding!
