Well, she always thought of her friends Nagato and Yahiko as being the bridge to peace, and said that she'd be a pillar supporting that bridge. At another point, she calls herself just a flower and says she's expendable...so yeah. She understands being devoted.

Most of her techniques are paper based in some way. Exploding paper clones, paper shuriken that she can make harder and sharper than steel with her chakra, paper wings...there's a definite theme there. XD Unsurprisingly, one of her hobbies is origami.
