If Billy talks to Loki about it first, Loki is like "...I don't think that's a good idea considering what happened last time, let's do some research" and then Billy is like SCREW YOUR RESEARCH GRANDDAD and goes solo. Then brags to Loki about it later perhaps?

That would sure piss Loki off, then worry him a lot. Particularly if we can say OH THERE WAS LIKE A 99% CHANCE IT COULD HAVE BLOWN UP. Or something. Maybe? Thoughts?
