endgamesYup, you're seeing things right. Another ooc plotting post, since the mod one was a few days back. This post deals with the plan to protect Bil, but Vil has this post over here dealing with organizing a response to the dangerous weather coming up that you all should go check out. 8|b
As for the Bil situation, the decoy plan can get underway as soon as some IC things are settled. There was probably another meeting held regarding what plan had been reached, though the finer details would be discussed with those involved.
This meeting will be handwaved (it probably happened the night of the 18th, or sometime on the 19th), but anyone working on this could've volunteered there and met who they needed to. If you guys want to thread more than that, go for it!
