EDIT2: As linked in her post, you can feel free to reply to this post with certain things you do or don't want Haruhi to say about the future. I'm planning to have her mostly make up things/lie (or at least make it ambiguous as to if it's the truth), but if there's things you really do or do not want your characters to hear, tell me here.

EDIT3: Okay Rough Outline of older Haruhi's AU. It's in Luceti, and it's in the ballpark of twenty years later. By her time, the Organization is in more dire straights than ever now, but cooperation between them and people in the barrier is much better. Maybe people (Haruhi included) actually work in some sort of position in the Organization. New people filter into barriers like Luceti less though, because Luceti and some of the other bubbles have started to need to take in refugees from Civilian Malnosso populations. I didn't plan a ton for this AU, but basically what is described there is the order of the day. The Third Party still exists, but the forces of the world itself (hybrids and whatever sucks people into the world) have started to become a more center-stage problem than before. It's all the combined efforts of the Organization/barrier people can do to hold things at the current status quo. There's been pushes for advancement on the "going home" front, but nothing 100% conclusive yet has happened, even if they've been able to do things like force people back and keep them there for years at a time for Luceti, they still sometimes come back. There's also been more success with re-anchoring people (they are now able to make the anchored people stick) but they too now end up pulled back into Luceti the way normal people are. So basically much more than there is now, but much less than one might hope in 20 years.

Step 1: Tanabata is still a thing. We're missing a lot of our applicants for the contest on there, but if you judges are okay with it, I'll be messaging you for scores (I'll explain it in a private plurk or a PM or IM or something) on the people who entered. Last time there was a popular vote where I put up a poll to see what people who were in the audience thought ICly. I could do that again if people are interested?! This is checking on that.

Cut off date for when I assume people who were in the contest just didn't show up is the 14th, one week after when it actually happened/the log went up. So get in there and have fun! and thank you for the turnout of other people.

Step 2: Haruhi has another plot I was planning later this month. As some of you know, her birthday is the 31st of July. As some of you also know, I was planning to run a small plot where Haruhi became middle aged. Haruhi's been preoccupied with looking older/her age (which is 20/21 depending on how you count it) and as such her powers are going to make her older (using the account cougarmom) for... maybe a week or so before her birthday and resetting on it. I don't think I need to plot things out specifically with other people, this is just a heads up for everyone! So yeah. If you want to do something specific with her (she'll be mentally older too, but I'm not sure how I want to run that yet!) you can tell me here.

EDIT: I think I am going to start running the Step 2 older Haruhi thing on the 24th, with it ending on her birthday (the 31st). If that sounds good to everyone.
